I cherish the time I get to spend with each client, I want to make everyone feel the best they possibly can with a great experience. With that being said that time booked is specifically meant for you. In the event any client that needs to cancel or reschedule their appointment, I kindly ask that you reach out to me 24 hours in advanced so that gives me the time to fill that spot. I am more than definitely understanding that events do come up or that traffic gets backed up, so if you are running late, simply reach out and let me know! When/if 15min pass with no notice, your appointment will be canceled. I will do whatever I can to accommodate. Cancellations NOT made 24 hours in advanced could result in a 50% fee of the service scheduled. NO SHOWS will be charged a 50% fee of the scheduled service. To book all appointments, you must have a credit card on file with BLENDED STUDIOS.
